We ship all orders within 1–3 business days. Standard US shipping takes 5–8 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Are the bags authentic?

Yes. Every Coach bag sold on Vivi Carry is 100% authentic, sourced through verified channels, and arrives with original Coach tags. We do not sell fakes or "inspired by" products.

Are the bags brand new or pre-owned?

We sell pre-owned Coach bags that are in excellent condition. Each bag is carefully inspected before listing.

Are you an official Coach retailer?

Vivi Carry is an independent reseller. We are not an authorised retailer of Coach. All products are genuine and authenticated.
